Waivers

Signed release forms are required for all visitors to the Cat Cafe.

Adult visitors (18 or older) must sign a Release and Indemnification Agreement (link below). Minors (under 18) must have a Release and Indemnification Agreement signed by an adult on their behalf.

Online waivers are valid for one calendar year. If preferred, paper waivers can be completed instead, but will need to be signed upon each visit to the cafe.
